Privacy

wmgames.online sets no cookies, has no trackers and loads nothing from other sites. The Instagram posts on the home page are copies kept on this server: your browser does not talk to Instagram until you click one.

What is kept

Only if you join the wishlist: your email address, when and from which IP address you asked and confirmed. Nothing else, and never shared with anyone.

Why

To send you one email when the first WM GAMES game is out. The ground is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and confirming the link sent to your address.

For how long

Until you leave the wishlist, with the link in every email. An address nobody confirms is deleted within 7 days. Like every web server, this one also keeps technical access logs, for security.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@wmgames.online, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
